As CIO for a $650M+ heavy civil contractor with 1,100+ employees, he owns technology strategy, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise applications, and a multimillion-dollar annual technology budget. That operating experience shapes the firm's bias toward practical work that improves visibility, strengthens execution, and creates leverage from the systems and people already inside the business.
